Our professional designers uses latest CAD-CAM softwares for transforming your ideas, 2D drawings and designs into 3D Models for developing part prototypes. After approval, the prototypes can then be manufactured into real parts.
We manufacture Bronze parts with high quality raw material bronze ingots sourced from trusted vendors and that which has longer lifespan and thoroughly tested by our Quality Control Team with Quality Testing Equipments.
Bronze machining Parts are manufactured from bronze extrusion rods, bronze continuous casting rods, bronze forgings and bronze castings obtained by melting high quality bronze ingots through green sand casting, centrifugal casting and investment casting.
The bronze casted material are partly or fully machined in our CNC, VMC and semi automatic machines to meet the required geometric dimensioning & tolerancing and the functional needs of our customers.
